Varbergsorten Invests in More Accurate Grid Planning. Endre Up and Running in Under 30 Days

For electricity distribution companies with extensive rural networks, ensuring that investments are made in the right places is particularly important. Long power-line routes and large geographical areas make grid expansion costly, while future power demand remains difficult to predict. Varbergsortens Elkraft is now partnering with Endre to enhance its long-term grid planning.
One of the key challenges is sizing the electricity grid to meet future demand without building too much or too little capacity. Insufficient capacity risks limiting future connections and development, while overdimensioning ties up capital in infrastructure that may never be fully utilized.
With Endre, Varbergsortens Elkraft gains new opportunities to analyze future power demand, streamline its planning processes, and develop a stronger basis for decision-making on long-term investments. The goal is to prioritize the right measures and develop the electricity grid in line with evolving needs.
Implementation was also fast. Less than 30 days after the agreement was signed, Endre had delivered a fully operational solution to Varbergsortens Elkraft.
“It’s great that we were able to get the solution up and running in less than 30 days. It shows that we enable the possibility to get started quickly with advanced grid planning tools without having to launch a large-scale IT project,” says Amrish Kubavat, Customer and Partner Manager at Endre.
